Welcome to DecorAI. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Rocket Digital Limited, the company that operates the DecorAI – AI Interior Design mobile application and the website at https://www.decoraidownload.app(together, the "Service"). By installing, opening or using DecorAI you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
DecorAI is an AI interior design app. You upload a photo of a room and the app uses AI models to return one or more redesigned versions of that room in the style you choose. The Service is provided "as is" — outputs are creative interpretations and not professional design, engineering or construction advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or older where required by your local law) to use DecorAI. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
- You may delete your account at any time from inside the app or by contacting us.
4. Subscriptions and billing
DecorAI offers a free tier and optional paid subscriptions. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and managed by RevenueCat on our side.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
- You can cancel at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple and Google according to their policies. We can sometimes assist — email us at hello@rocketdigital.ai.
- Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region.
5. Your content and AI-generated outputs
You retain all rights in the photos you upload (your "Inputs"). By uploading, you grant Rocket Digital Limited a limited licence to process those Inputs through our AI providers (Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai and similar) for the sole purpose of generating your requested redesigns.
Outputs generated for you (the redesigned images) are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes — for example, planning your own room, sharing with a partner or contractor, or social media. Commercial use of outputs (such as resale or use in client proposals) is allowed only on paid plans where explicitly permitted.
AI outputs may resemble existing designs by coincidence. You are responsible for confirming that your use of any output does not infringe on third-party rights.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use DecorAI to:
- Upload images you do not have the right to upload.
- Upload content that is sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or otherwise unlawful.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract our models, data or interface.
- Build a competing product using our AI outputs as training data.
- Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as photographs of a real space without disclosure.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers — Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Vercel. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of the parts of the Service powered by them. See our Privacy Policy for details on data sharing.
8. Intellectual property
The DecorAI app, the website, our brand assets, the underlying software and AI orchestration belong to Rocket Digital Limited. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI outputs are accurate, buildable or suitable for any specific renovation, contractor brief or design decision.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited and its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) USD 50.
11. Termination
You may stop using DecorAI at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) will survive.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of DecorAI after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
