This Privacy Policy explains how Rocket Digital Limited("DecorAI", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use the DecorAI – AI Interior Design mobile application on iOS or Android, our website at https://www.decoraidownload.app(the "Service"), and any related features.
1. Who we are
The DecorAI app is operated by Rocket Digital Limited, registered at 1603, The L Plaza, 367-375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong. You can reach our privacy team at hello@rocketdigital.ai.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Room photos. Images you upload so the app can generate AI redesigns of your space.
- Account information. Your email address (if you create an account), your subscription state and preferences such as preferred styles.
- Support communications. Anything you send when you contact hello@rocketdigital.ai.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device information such as device model, OS version and language.
- App usage events (screens viewed, features used, errors).
- Approximate location derived from IP address (country / city level) and standard log data such as request timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies on the website (see Section 7).
3. Third-party services we rely on
We use the following processors to operate DecorAI. Each receives only the data required for its specific function and is bound by a data-processing agreement with us.

We never sell your personal data. We only share what is needed for each provider to deliver their part of the Service.
4. How we use information
- To generate the AI room redesigns you request.
- To run the App Store and Google Play purchase and subscription experience.
- To diagnose crashes, improve performance and fix bugs.
- To measure how features are used so we can improve the AI interior design experience.
- To deliver advertising on the free tier of the app, and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
- To comply with legal obligations and to protect against fraud or abuse.
5. AI processing of your room photos
Photos you upload are sent to our AI providers (currently Microsoft Azure, Replicate and Fal.ai) only to generate your requested redesigns. Source photos and outputs are stored on your device by default. Server-side, generation artefacts are retained for a limited operational window for delivery, debugging and abuse prevention, then deleted. Your room photos are not used to train public AI models.
6. Legal bases for processing (EEA / UK)
- Performance of a contract — to operate the app you have asked us to provide.
- Legitimate interests — to keep the Service secure, to measure performance, and to improve the product.
- Consent — for advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel, and personalised ads where required by local law.
- Legal obligation — for tax, accounting and regulatory record-keeping.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses Vercel Analytics (cookie-less measurement), Google Analytics 4 (statistical cookies) and the Meta Pixel (advertising cookies) to understand traffic and conversion. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before any non-essential cookies are set. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.
8. Data retention
- Generated images and source photos: deleted from servers within 30 days of generation.
- Account data: retained while your account is active and up to 24 months after deletion.
- Analytics events: retained per Google Analytics 4 default (14 months).
- Billing records: retained as required by tax law (typically 7 years).
9. International transfers
Because our processors operate globally, your information may be processed in countries outside your own — including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Receive a portable copy of your data.
- Withdraw consent for marketing or advertising at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11. Children
DecorAI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us so we can delete the data.
12. Security
We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access control and routine security review. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect the information you trust to us.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged in the app and on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
